Andrew Affleck, Director

Andrew is Managing Partner of LCA Asia in Singapore. He sits on the boards of Low Carbon Investors Ltd and Low Carbon Solar Holdings Ltd, both focused primarily on European clean energy VC and infrastructure investments. Andrew joined LCI as a non-executive director in October 2007, before being appointed executive director and Chairman in September 2008. In January 2011, Andrew returned to Singapore to help spearhead the launch of LCI in Asia.

Prior to joining LCI in an executive capacity, Andrew was responsible for fund management at Devonshire Capital, a firm he co-founded in Asia with partners in 1995. In all he has 21 years of asset management and investment banking experience in the Asian region, and has specialized in clean energy investments for the last 6 years.

Andrew holds an MBA in Finance from Leicester University and a PGCert in Climate Change and Sustainable Development from De Montfort University.
