Arturo Velasco, Engineering Manager

Arturo is a mechanical engineer with more than 5 years experience developing renewable energy projects. Since 2008, he has advised and audited more than 50 MW of photovoltaic plants as a freelance in different regions across Spain.

Between 2008 and 2010, Arturo designed and permitted 27 MW in three photovoltaic plants at Guascor Solar in Huelva. During that time Arturo also executed two important consultancy projects, Photovoltaic viability plans in rooftops of 105 town halls in Seville and Renewable energy production plan in Emasesa. Between 2007 and 2008, Arturo designed, permitted, financed and built more than 30 MW of photovoltaic plants at DC Ingenieria.

Between 2005 and 2007, he worked as construction manager for FCC.
