Felipe Pulido, Finance Manager

Felipe has over 10 years of experience in management consulting and M&A advisory. At Solar Opportunities Felipe provides support at a financial and corporate development level, analysing new business opportunities and managing corporate information towards investors and other stakeholders.

Prior to joining Solar Opportunities in 2011 Felipe worked for Goetzpartners Corporate Finance (from 2007 to 2011), an M&A boutique as an associate, where he executed buy and sale mandates as well as fundraising projects for medium sized companies and PE funds in different industries including energy, information technology, media, security, auto and telecommunications.

Between 2000 and 2007 he worked as management consultant in Neoris (a Cemex subsidiary) and Oliver Wyman having executed strategic projects for blue chip companies such as Endesa, EDF, La Caixa, SCH, Orange, KPN, Vocento or Loewe.

Felipe received an MBA degree from Instituto de Empresa Business School in 2006 and a BSc in business Administration from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid in 2001.

Felipe is fluent in English and Spanish.
