Rafael Gozalo, Operations Manager

Rafael has fourteen years of experience in Project and Contract Management. 10 years (between 1997 and 2006) at FCC, the biggest construction and engineering services company in Spain.

He has managed multi-contract projects and specialises in cost control, Time Quality Management and scheduling, focusing on performance-to-contract as well as cost-plus and lump-sum delivery.

Prior to joining Solar Opportunities, Rafael worked for Multi-Development Spain (between 2006 and 2010), a division of one of Europe’s largest developers and a Morgan-Stanley subsidiary focusing on Shopping Centre Development throughout Europe. Following up of development status projects as Cost Controller in Spain. Projects include Espai Gironés (€114m); Espacio Torrelodones (€83m); Espacio Mediterráneo (€135m) and Espacio Buenavista (€135m).

Since 2010 Rafael has been a Project Manager in Solar Opportunities managing all elements of Management Services activity.
